JSC “SEC Aktobe” announces a competition to hire a driver with a personal GAZelle vehicle under a civil-law contract.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. General requirements

• Provision of a GAZelle vehicle with a driver.

• The vehicle must be in good technical condition, undergo regular maintenance, and have a valid vehicle registration certificate and all required documents.

• The driver must have work experience and hold valid driving licenses of categories “B” and “C”, as well as a medical certificate confirming fitness to drive.

2. Vehicle specifications

• Vehicle type: GAZelle (insulated/thermo box body), with a payload capacity of at least 2 tons.

• Operating condition: serviceable, with no visible body damage.

• Availability of all required documents (insurance, technical inspection, registration documents).

• Availability of additional equipment (if required for specific tasks, e.g., tarpaulin cover, lifting devices, etc.).

3. Driver requirements

• Driver age: 25 to 50 years.

• Knowledge of road safety fundamentals and vehicle operating rules.

• Cleanliness, responsibility, and politeness.

• Driver services include: cargo transportation, monitoring the vehicle’s condition, ensuring cargo safety, and compliance with traffic rules.

4. Payment terms

• Payment is made once a month.

• Other payment terms: settlements are based on a work report and an acceptance certificate of completed services.

5. Additional conditions

• Ability to provide additional services (e.g., equipment rental, loading/unloading operations, etc.).

• Safety conditions during cargo transportation.

6. Coordination and approval

• The selected specialist will be approved by the Personnel Policy Committee of JSC “SEC “Aktobe.”
