The Company’s sole shareholder is the state institution “Aktobe Region Finance Department” (hereinafter referred to as the Sole Shareholder).

The Shareholder is not liable for the Company’s obligations and bears the risk of losses related to the Company’s activities within the value of the shares it owns, except in cases предусмотренных by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
