The purpose and objectives of the Compliance Service
The main purpose of the Compliance Service is to combat corruption in the Company, to minimize the risk of involvement in corrupt activities, officials and employees of the Company, regardless of their position.
The objectives of the Compliance Service are:
– elimination of the causes and conditions that give rise to corruption;
– prevention of corruption offenses;
– education of the Company’s employees in strict compliance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as internal regulatory documents regulating the Company’s activities.
The main activities of the Anti–Corruption Compliance Service are:
– implementation of a unified policy of the Company in the field of anti-corruption;
– creation of a mechanism for interaction of the Society on anti-corruption issues with government agencies, external organizations, as well as with citizens and civil society institutions;
– taking administrative and other measures aimed at attracting the Company’s employees to more actively participate in combating corruption, at forming a negative attitude towards corrupt behavior in their minds;
– ensuring integrity, openness, fair competition and objectivity in the provision of services.
