JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Aktobe” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby announces the acceptance of applications for a loan aimed at stabilizing prices for socially significant food products and selling them at reduced retail prices within the Aktobe Region.

1) List of socially significant food products subject to reduced retail prices:

— pasta (elbow macaroni / “horns”);
— wheat flour (1st grade);
— buckwheat groats;
— polished rice;
— beef (shoulder–brisket cut);
— vegetable oil;
— table salt (excluding “extra” grade);
— white cabbage;
— potatoes;
— onions;
— carrots;
— cottage cheese (5–9% fat);
— butter (72.5% fat);
— milk (2.5% fat, soft packaging);
— kefir (2.5% fat, soft packaging);
— chicken meat;
— chicken eggs.

2) Delivery terms:

The products shall be supplied throughout 2022 by the Supplier in batches according to the Customer’s request. Release/delivery shall be made within one business day from the Supplier’s warehouse located in the city of Aktobe, Aktobe Region. The price includes loading of the goods.

3) Deadline for submission of applications:

By 6:00 PM, June 09, 2022.

Loan terms:

• Loan term: up to 1 year;

• Interest rate: 0.1% per annum;

• Purpose of the loan: replenishment of working capital.

Requirements for potential suppliers to participate in the procurement:

• availability (where necessary) of production infrastructure (for agricultural producers) or trade and logistics infrastructure (for trading entities) (warehouses, specially equipped premises, etc.) intended for production or proper storage of food products, procurement and other operations with food products, and enabling a set of measures aimed at restraining prices for socially significant food products;

• no overdue debt on banking products (loans, leasing, debt related to settlement account servicing);

• not being included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers in public procurement and having no unfulfilled and/or untimely fulfilled obligations to the specialized organization;

• no tax arrears;

• availability of security to ensure fulfillment of loan obligations (collateral and/or a bank guarantee);

• no overdue debt on previously issued loans;

• not being subject to bankruptcy or liquidation procedures;

• if additional information is required, the Company reserves the right to request other documents.
