JSC “SEC “Aktobe” announces a competition for a specialist to design the system/structure of business processes (basic stage with team training)

1. Requirements for the Contractor

1.1. Work experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in business process modeling, analysis, and optimization;

• Experience in developing regulations, methodological and user documentation;

• Experience in process modeling for automation and digitalization purposes.

1.2. Education and competencies:

• Higher education (economics, engineering, IT, management);

• Analytical thinking, a systematic approach, and business communication skills;

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and business process modeling rules;

• Understanding of modeling levels (approval, analytical, executable);

• Knowledge of differences between BPMN and other notations (IDEF0, EPC, UML);

• Knowledge of the process approach (BPM);

• Proficiency in modeling tools (Bizagi, ARIS, Camunda Modeler, MS Visio, or equivalents);

• Understanding of how BPM systems work.

The following certificates are an advantage:

• BPMN 2.0 / BPM certificates;

• PMI or IPMA certificate;

• MBA degree.

2. Goals and objectives

2.1. Goals:

• Creating a business process system in the Company aimed at increasing efficiency, transparency, and manageability of operations.

• Developing a plan for long-term implementation of the process approach and digitalization of the Company.

• Training key employees in the basics of process management and process modeling for the Company’s further development.

2.2. Objectives:

• Analyzing the current state of the Company’s key processes, including identification of problem areas.

• Developing a basic process model in BPMN 2.0 with a description of key functions.

• Identifying priority processes for optimization and digitalization.

• Conducting training for Company employees on the basics of process management.

• Preparing recommendations for further development of the process structure and automation.

3. Terms

3.1. Execution under a civil law contract.

4. Timeline: 60 working days.

5. Expected results

5.1. Basic architecture of the Company’s processes:

• Description of 20 key processes in BPMN notation;

• Regulations and standards for the described processes.

Trained team:

• Company employees understand and apply the basics of process management and can participate in further process description and optimization.

Development recommendations:

• Action plan for further process optimization and automation;

• Defined priorities for digitalization.

Quick wins:

• Optimization of 20 processes to demonstrate the value of the process approach.

6. Additional terms:

• All deliverables shall be provided electronically (formats: bpmn, pdf, docx).

• Ownership rights to all deliverables shall be transferred to the Customer.
