The board of directors

The Board of Directors adopted the following decisions on August 23, 2024:

1. Approved the Investment Policy of JSC SEC Aktobe.
2. Approved the Policy of ensuring fulfillment of obligations to JSC SEC Aktobe.
3. Approved the Regulation on the Ombudsman of JSC SEC Aktobe.
4. Amended the Regulation on Remuneration and Bonuses for employees of JSC SEC Aktobe.
5. Decided to award bonuses to employees of JSC SEC Aktobe
6. A decision was made on the sale of real estate with a land plot (the building of the former military enlistment office).
