Requirements:
– higher education, preferably in the field of information technology, technical education;
– at least 5 years of experience in the field of information technology;
-at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position;

Responsibilities:
– knowledge in the field of information technology;
– knowledge in the field of building business processes (identification, measurement, modeling of business processes), analysis and optimization of business processes;
– knowledge in the field of principles of planning and building information systems;
– knowledge in the field of project management, building and integrating information systems, cost planning in terms of information technology development;
– knowledge in the field of legislation on joint-stock companies, public procurement;
– knowledge in the field of regulatory documents, international and state standards governing the work of the service support service, project management and information security;
– knowledge in the field of management methods and process approach;
– knowledge in the field of risk management and information technology;
– knowledge in the field of project initiation rules and business planning;
– knowledge in the field of project risk management;
– knowledge in the field of regulatory documents and standards, in the field of information security;
