Public Hearing to Be Held on Applications of JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Aktobe”


The Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Aktobe Region invites deputies, representatives of local self-government bodies, government agencies, the natural monopoly entity, mass media, public associations, independent experts, consumers, and other interested parties to a public hearing to review applications for the approval of tariffs and tariff estimates of JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Aktobe” for the following services:

  • provision of an access railway track for the passage of rolling stock, provided that there is no competing access track;

  • transportation of commercial gas through gas distribution systems for consumers of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

  • provision of an access railway track for shunting operations, loading/unloading and other technological operations of the transportation process, as well as for parking of rolling stock not related to technological operations of the transportation process, provided that there is no competing access track.

The public hearing will take place on March 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the following address:
Aktobe, Promzona Street, Building 724.

To ensure broad and accessible participation, the public hearing will also be conducted online in parallel via Facebook on the Department’s official page.
