Hereby, Aktobe Social Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces the acceptance of applications for a loan to stabilize prices for socially significant food products and their sale at reduced retail prices in the territory of the Aktobe region.

1) A list of names of socially significant food products for reduced retail prices:

– chicken meat;

Loan terms:

– Loan term – up to 1 year (12 months);

– The interest rate is 0.1% per annum;

– The purpose of the loan is to replenish working capital.

Requirements for issuing a loan to business entities:

1) whether business entities have a production (for

agricultural producers) or trade and logistics (for trade entities) infrastructure, if necessary (warehouse facilities, premises with special equipment, etc.), designed for the production or proper storage of food products, the performance of procurement and other operations with food products, and allowing to provide a set of measures aimed at curbing prices for socially significant food products;

2) absence of overdue debts on banking products (loans, leases, current account servicing arrears);

3) not to be in the register of unscrupulous suppliers of public procurement and not to have unfulfilled and (or) not timely fulfilled obligations to a specialized organization;

4) no tax debt;

5) availability of collateral for the fulfillment of loan obligations, collateral for the fulfillment of obligations is provided in the form of: collateral, and / or a bank guarantee;

6) the absence of overdue debts on previously provided loans;

7) not be subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings.

The deadline for accepting applications is from May 29 to June 12, 2024 (15 calendar days).
