Socio Entrepreneurial Corporations (hereinafter referred to as “SEC”) – are sustainable business structures that operate to generate profits from the production and sale of goods and services. The main difference between «SEC» and commercial corporations is that the profit generated is reinvested for social, economic or cultural purposes of the population of the region for which«SEC» was established (from the President’s message, March 2006).
«Socio Entrepreneurial Corporation «Aktobe» JSC was established in February 2010 by reorganization of «National Company «Socio Entrepreneurial «Batys» JSC .The sole share holder is the Akimat of Aktobe region.
The main purpose of transferring state-owned assets to SEC is their effective use in commercial activities, aimed to attracting investment and implementing new projects.

- Business projects accompanying;
- Management of Stabilization Fond;
- Management of communal markets.
OUR MISSION is to promote socio-economic development of Aktobe region through public-private partnership.
