QazBel Lift LLP – A plant for assembling elevators will be built in the Aktobe industrial zone. There are no analogues to this production in the western region yet. The cooperation agreement was concluded between the management of the SEC “Aktobe” and LLP “QazBel Lift”. Total amount of investments – 200 million tenge. The company will create 15-20 jobs. At the initial stage, an assembly shop will open, all components will be delivered from the Republic of Belarus. It is planned to equip two workshops – a welding and bending, where they will produce doors for cabins, cables and frames. The investor promises that the domestic content at the first stage of production will be 30%, and within two years will reach 100%. The companies provided a land plot of one hectare and ready-made engineering networks. Aktobe entrepreneurs have been cooperating with Mogilevliftmash since 2008. These are the only elevators in the world that are guaranteed for 25 years. The company can produce elevators that are suitable for the configuration of high-rise buildings of the Soviet era. Today, 150 obsolete elevators are waiting in line for modernization. By the way, Aktobe’s new buildings are equipped with elevators manufactured in Belarus. Their quality factor and competitiveness are confirmed by the growing demand in the market. Due to the new production, QazBel Lift plans to increase sales of elevators to 300 units annually.
